The End of Golden Week =<

Golden Week has ended and what did I do throughout this week? Haha... Juz sleeping and watching videos via You Tube... Ahhh. What a miserable life, you may say but honestly speaking, I think that I enjoyed spending time in front of my pc more than going to places like Tokyo. That makes me a nerd huh??

But, hey, I did go to Tokyo when the holiday just started and I found it... TIRING!!! Let's start with Shinjuku station. There were SO many people in 1 station, kinda like the crowd you usually see during the Merdeka Parade or something along those lines. Then we went to Shibuya, and horror of horrors! The people were even more there than the time I went to Harajuku! And I thought that the amount of people in Harajuku was terrifying. (Well, I am a small town girl, ya know ~_^) And then there is this issue about food. I mean, never in my entire miserable 20 years have I seen food that is soooo expensive! A normal meal of nasi beriani that would cost like RM6 or 8 in Malaysia is 1000 yen here, which is equivalent to RM30!!! Some places even charge like 1500 yen for that, that is like RM45.... !!!! .... I know, it's expensive but one has to eat, ya know... And don't expect me to eat at fast food joints like MacDonald's or KFC cos I've had enough of fast food in Kuala Lumpur =<

Anyway, with all the Japanese fellow hostel-mates away from here, the Internet connection was simply superb! And now I dread the moment when they return and the pages would start uploading at a snail's pace again. Sigh... Maybe I should spend more weekends in my room, unlike the guys who love going to Tokyo. Plus, it saves me a lot of $$$$!!!! (In my case,
