Boring Saturday
It's 28 degrees here. I'm sweating like a pig and I just spent the last hour in the tv room just because that is the only room in the whole of my hostel that has air-conditioner. I came all the way here just to find that, well, the weather here is just like Malaysia's. Okay, I have to admit that at first it was quite cold here, what with the cold wind blowing and the perpetually cloudy weather during spring. Slowly, the flowers started blooming and horror of all horrors... Insects start emerging, apparently finished with their hibernating (I even saw a cockroach once! Can you believe it? However, the cockroaches here seem to move at a slower pace and they don't stick as much as Malaysia's. Furthermore, I thank God that they don't fly like Malaysian ones. They just give me the creeps...).
Anyway, the real reason why I'm feeling extremely hot right now because I went to a nearby mall called Oyama Yuen Harvest Walk in the scorching sun. I must have been out of my mind to cycle there at 1 pm when the sunlight was really grazing at my skin. But I have to admit, the 15-minute bicycle ride was really worth it. Japanese malls are really out of this world=> It was soooo huge complete with Starbucks and Baskin Robbins and probably lots more but I didn't have the time to really explore the place because, hello, the heat was killing me and there was just too many people. Imagine Mid Valley on a Saturday and times that by 2. My camera was low on battery so I couldn't take any photos of this superb new place that even my seniors know nothing about (I only found out about it when my Japanese teacher told us about it). But no worries because I'm surely going there again before I go back to Malaysia next month. Hehe... Happy^o^
I had to perform an improper shutdown right after I finished typing '2' in the previous paragraph just now. I don't know why but my pc seem to be lagging a lot these few days. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the dismal state of the connection here. Once again, I'm expressing my deepest regret for buying this outrageously expensive computer that keeps malfunctioning and making me recite expletives that can earn a 18PG rate in Malaysian television or even in Japan. Stephanie suggested that I sell my pc and buy a laptop just now because it is (obviously) more convenient but who in the world would be mad enough to buy my pc? Maybe I'll just ship it back home when I get a new laptop (although I doubt my parents and brother will be able to operate a computer which programs are all in Japanese? Even I have difficulties understanding what those little pop-up windows are about =<). Anyway, here are some pictures that I took due to popular demand by yours truly, Stephanie... Enjoy^_~
I don't know who came up with this cucumber tasting product. It tastes... weird. (It's just water inside cos I've finished it dy^_~)
That's all of it. More to come and I know what you want to say, but no, I'm NOT obsessed with Yamapi, just this major crush. Hehe...
